This couple both grew up in Iran-Tehran and had their spiritual foundation in the Muslim faith. They each moved to the United States at different points and lived their lives separate from any practicing religion. She heard about Rocky Peak through a confidant and came to a service. Not understanding what church was like or even how to read a bible, she wanted to be a part of the community and joined the First Impressions team in the Café. Through a nurturing relationship with a leader of the café, she began to understand who Jesus is and the transforming power of a relationship with Him. After meeting her future husband, he began attending Rocky Peak with her and experienced visions from the Holy Spirit about who God is. They both became Christians and now lead a Farci-speaking Life Group, declaring the gospel and the love of Jesus every day.
