Thursdays at 7pm

We believe that the Church should be the central place of healing for its members and the community. Jesus, by the power of the Spirit working through God’s Word and His people, tranforms lives. Re:Generation helps connect people to Christ and His body, the Church.

Re:Generation is a ministry for everyone—those far from God and those mature in their relationship with Jesus. Because the goal of Re:Generation is full devotion to Christ, and not merely sobriety, it reaches beyond addiction recovery to address any struggle standing in the way of a person’s relationship with God and relationships with others. While the ministry effectively deals with addictions, it also helps participants grow spiritually in all areas of life. It connects and integrates participants into the life of the Church, equips lay people to care and guide those who are hurting through spiritual formation, and opens the door for all people to authentically and safely deal with any struggle. As a result, authenticity and acceptance become part of the organization’s culture.

Re:Generation is a Bible-based care and recovery ministry that includes both daily curriculum and weekly group-based support. But, above all, it is a discipleship program where people learn what it means to follow Jesus in all areas of life while encouraging (Hebrews 10:24-25), equipping (2 Timothy 2:2), praying for (James 5:16), and supporting each other (Galatians 6:2; 2 Corinthians 1:3-5). Only through daily dependence on Christ can someone find full freedom from sin and its effects (John 8:31-36; Galatians 5:1).

Weekly Meetings

We begin each Thursday-night meeting gathered together to hear stories of life change or teaching through the 12 steps. Then we split into small groups of men or women to discuss what we are learning through the curriculum. As a First Time Guest, we would be happy to connect with you after your first meeting to share with you the vision of Re:Generation and give you an opportunity to join a Groundwork Group.

FAQs

How does Re:Generation work?

Re:Generation is a biblical 12-step process structured within the context of small groups. Your first couple of months will be spent in either a Newcomers Group (first week) or a Groundwork Group. Once you have completed the groundwork curriculum, demonstrated a willingness to participate and decided that you want to move forward, you will be placed into a Step Group to go through the 12 steps. Step Groups have a set number of participants and leaders. Once a Step-Group is launched, no new members will be added. For the next 8 to 10 months you will progress through the steps using daily curriculum along with other Step Group members.

How long does Re:Generation take?

The entire Re:Generation process takes about a year; Newcomers and Groundwork Groups take about 2 months, Step Groups take 8 to 10 months. The Groundwork curriculum lessons take about 10 minutes per day, while the Step Group curriculum takes about 30 minutes per day. Spending 30 minutes a day with God for one year, working on your recovery, will change your life.

What does Re:Generation cost?

There is no charge to attend Re:Generation. Once you decide to start the curriculum, you will need to purchase books at different stages of the ministry (about every six weeks). There are a total of six books. Most of the books run $15, so the total cost is about $90 for a year of curriculum with costs spread out through the year.

Is childcare available?

We are unable to provide childcare at this time.

Can I come if I don’t have a chemical addiction?

Yes! Re:Generation is for everyone. It is primarily a discipleship ministry to help us all understand our identity in Christ. God’s steps of healing can free you from any addiction, struggle or hurt. Many people come in order to discover the source of their pain. You will always be welcome regardless of the struggle.
