Wildlife is the Middle School Ministry at Rocky Peak—designed just for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. Whether it’s your first time visiting or you’ve been with us for a while, you belong here! Our goal is to create a safe, fun, and engaging space where students can build friendships, ask real questions, grow in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Jesus.

Weekends
SATURDAYS AT 5:30PM – THE SUMMIT
SUNDAYS AT 9AM – THE SUMMIT
Weekend services are the best way to jump into the heart of Wildlife! These gatherings are filled with energy, fun, and truth. Each weekend includes hangout time, a game, live worship, and a relevant, Jesus-centered teaching designed specifically for middle school students.
This is a great first step if you’re new—students can come, meet others, and experience what Wildlife is all about. Our awesome adult leaders are always around to connect and help students feel seen, known, and valued. Whether you come on Saturday or Sunday, we can’t wait to see you at The Summit!
Upcoming Teaching Series
April: Higher Ground – Living Up to Jesus’ Standard
In this three-week series, students will explore how Jesus calls us to rise above the ordinary and live by a higher standard—“You have heard it said… but I say to you.”
May: Unshakable – Finding Joy No Matter What
In this four-week series, students will learn how the book of Philippians teaches us to find unshakable joy by trusting Jesus, living humbly, and relying on God’s strength.
June-July: Like Jesus – Becoming Who We Were Made to Be
In this eight-week series, students will discover how to live like Jesus by embracing His compassion, humility, obedience, and more—shaping their lives to reflect His heart.
August: Silhouettes – Ordinary people casting the shadow of Someone greater.
In this three-week series, students will explore how John the Baptist, Peter, and Paul cast a silhouette toward Jesus—and be challenged to do the same.
WEDNESDAYS
WEDNESDAYS AT 6:30PM – THE RIDGE (During the School Year Semester)
Wednesdays are awesome! It’s a night full of fun, connection, and growth. The heart of the night is Life Groups—small groups where students can talk about what they’ve been learning from the weekend series, support one another, and grow in their walk with Jesus by asking honest questions and building real friendships.
Life Groups are split by grade and gender—like a 6th grade guys group or an 8th grade girls group—and each one is led by awesome adults of the same gender who are passionate about loving and leading students to Jesus well.
Every Wednesday starts with a fun game, live worship, and a quick weekend message recap, followed by about 40 minutes of Life Group time. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve been coming for a while, we’d love to have you!

Wildlife Gala
May 28: 6:30-8pm
Wear your dad’s old suit or your mom’s dress and come dressed in your best! Join us in The Ridge from 6:30–8pm for a night of celebration as we honor all God has done and say goodbye to our 8th graders!
8th Grade Celebration
This is a special night for our graduating 8th grade class and their families as Wildlife celebrates them before they head off to high school!
Register by May 11th
8th Grade Campout
June 25/26 • On Campus, Overnight
An overnight adventure designed to help 8th graders bond as a class and grow as leaders. Through shared experiences and time together, we’ll discover what it means to lead well and make an impact in Wildlife and beyond.
Registration will open on May 16th!
