MIKE YEARLEY - Lead Pastor

Mike Yearley is the Lead Pastor at The Church at Rocky Peak. Before coming to Rocky Peak in April, 2005, Mike was a teaching pastor for 20 years at North Coast Church in Vista, California. North Coast is a vibrant church in north San Diego County, with a weekend attendance of over 5,500 people meeting on three different campuses.

While at North Coast, he was responsible for the development and oversight of many ministries, including Small Groups, Single Adults, North Coast U, and Children’s Ministry.

A passionate worshipper and teacher of God’s Word, Mike is a visionary with a heart for developing leaders and helping people thrive in their relationship with God and with each other.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheaton College and a Master’s in Divinity from Bethel West Seminary. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate of Ministry at Fuller Seminary. Mike and his wife, Lin, reside in Simi Valley, and have two daughters, Alyssa (married to Luke Cherry) and Bree.
