ROB FAULK- Executive Pastor

It’s a privilege to introduce our new Executive Pastor, Rob Faulk. We are grateful that Rob has joined our leadership team, and are thanking God for answering our prayers in His timing.

Most recently, Rob served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Ministry Support Services at Calvary Community Church in Westlake Village, CA. His responsibilities included overseeing all of Calvary’s operations, support and administration.

A CPA with extensive background in finance, accounting, operations, and auditing, Rob has more than a decade’s worth of experience as a CFO or COO of both public and private companies.

He and his wife Sylvia have been married since 1982 and have two children, Ryan and Carissa. They have lived in Ventura County since 1995. Before that, they lived in Orange County. Rob began his relationship with Christ in 1991 while attending Saddleback Church in Lake Forest, CA. He’s been active in ministry, both as a volunteer and a staff member, ever since.

Rob and Sylvia met in Santa Barbara, where Rob earned his BA at Cal State Fullerton. He is currently working on his Master’s in Ministry Management at Azusa Pacific’s Haggard Graduate School of Theology. For fun, Rob enjoys flying (he’s an instrument-rated pilot), camping, sports, and reading.
